1 Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund where applicable.

2 Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM  |  Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by booking type or season. Refunds will be processed as per booking terms shared during reservation.

4 Hotel Policies

  • Guests must present valid government ID at check-in.
  • Use of hotel facilities must comply with property rules.
  • Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.

5 Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the stay except where proven negligence occurs.
